Cultivation with Falun Dafa refers to the improvement of one's heart and mind through the careful study of the universal principle of <STRONG>Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance (or Tolerance)</STRONG>. Practice means meditating and exercising to purify and energize the body. "Falun" refers to "Law Wheel," "Dafa" refers to "Great Way," and "Falun Dafa" translates to "The Great Cultivation Practice Way of Law Wheel."</FONT> </FONT> <P><FONT face="Verdana" size =2> Falun Dafa's effectiveness in improving health and its profound principles have quickly made the practice immensely popular throughout the entire world. Since its introduction to the public in 1992 by its founder, Master Li Hongzhi, Falun Dafa has grown to become the most popular form of <EM>qigong</EM> ever in Chinese history and has attracted tens of millions of people from all walks of life in more than 60 countries. Falun Dafa distinguishes itself from other <EM>qigong </EM> practices by emphasizing cultivation of one's moral character in daily life according to essential principles of <B>Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance</B>, as taught by Mr. Li. Many other practices focus only on health and fitness. </FONT> <P><FONT face=Verdana size=2>The practice of Falun Dafa is simple, yet profound and effective.
